I was co-lead developer on this large e-commerce project. The site features EPOS driven product data, AJAX paging and Accordian CSS navigation.


The site has also undergone extensive A / B testing to establish best use of technology and bars to conversion. It appears that used correctly, an accordian navigation implementation and use of AJAX at the category level can increase coversion by over 25%. The site is also regularly re-skinned significantly changing its appearance for sale periods and different seasons of the year.

This is the biggest website development I have been involved with. Justjobsnorfolk is one of the two biggest regional recruitment websites. I have also lead the development of Justjobssuffolk.


Justjobsnorfolk is designed to be easy to use by both job seekers and recruiters. It features functional account consoles for both groups including a virtual CV feature and full job application process complete with applicant grading, applicant screening questions, acceptance and rejection message facilities. There are currently thousands of job seekers and recruiters using this site every week.

I was lead developer on this project. The build was done by Nic Flook and Myself. This site has an extensive reporting system, competitions, eshop, online games and printable vouchers.


The user take-up of this site surprised all involved despite the fact it had promotional help from the EDP24 website and EDP regional newspaper. After a week of being the live the site had several thousand active users. I often find myself overhearing strangers talking about the site and am still surprised how widely it is known about.
